It’s the holiday season. It doesn’t matter your religion, you can’t escape it. And it seems like over-indulging in food and drinks is expected of you.

I have been working recently with Literature For Life, a wonderful organization that uses literature to impact both educational and social outcomes for young mothers and their children.
This season tends to be the season of “should's”. The resolutions we should be sticking to, the workouts we should be doing and the detoxes we should be starting.
The leaves have fallen, summer clothes have been packed away. Scarves, sweaters and winter jackets have been taken out of storage (sniff). I think it's safe to say that it's time to dust off the crockpot.
